Terms of Service

Effective July 29, 2026

These cover using this website and engaging Adi Astra for work. The commercial terms for the AI Opportunity Teardown are set out in full below, because you should be able to read exactly what you’re buying before you pay for it.

Who we are

Adi Astra is an AI automation consulting practice operating in South Florida. Contact: koladi1@gmail.com · (561) 757-9339.

Using this site

You may read, use, and share this site’s content freely. Please don’t attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people. The guides and other written content remain our copyright; quote them with attribution rather than republishing them wholesale.

The free assessment produces estimates, not promises

This matters, so it gets its own section.

The self-assessment calculates results from numbers you supply. Its output — an opportunity score, recoverable hours, and a dollar value — is an estimate based on your inputs and stated assumptions, not a forecast, a guarantee, or professional financial advice. If the numbers you enter are approximate, so is the answer.

We show the assumptions precisely so you can judge the estimate for yourself. Don’t make a material business decision on the strength of a five-minute self-assessment alone.

AI Opportunity Teardown — engagement terms

The Teardown is a half-day on-site assessment at your place of business. The fee is $2,500, payable when you book. What happens next depends on the outcome:

  1. You proceed within 30 days. If you engage us for any build, training, or retained work within 30 days of the on-site visit, the full $2,500 is credited to that engagement.
  2. You complete the visit and decide not to proceed. We refund $2,000 and retain a $500 assessment fee for the work delivered.
  3. We don’t meet the 20-hour guarantee. If the Teardown does not identify at least 20 recoverable hours per week across your team, the visit is free: we refund the full $2,500 and retain no fee.

The guarantee is assessed against the roadmap we deliver following the visit. It requires reasonable access on the day — to the people who do the work, to the systems in question, and to the operational numbers we ask for in advance. We can’t find recoverable hours in processes we’re not shown.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card processing fees are not recoverable by us, but that is our cost and does not reduce your refund.

If you need to reschedule, tell us as far ahead as you can and we will move the visit at no charge.

Builds, training, and retained work

Published rates on the pricing page are genuine and current. Ranges reflect scope — the number of systems, integrations, and people involved. Your fixed quote comes from the Teardown roadmap and is agreed in writing before work starts.

Automations are built in your accounts, on your systems. You own what we build for you, along with the data in it. Third-party services used in a build — schedulers, phone providers, AI model providers — are contracted between you and those providers, on their terms and at their prices.

Payment

Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Card and ACH payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Third-party AI services

Work we deliver frequently relies on AI services operated by other companies. Those services change, occasionally make mistakes, and set their own terms and availability. We design around this — with escalation to a human where judgment is needed — but we don’t control those providers and can’t warrant their output or uptime.

No warranty on the site

This website and its content are provided as-is. We take care to be accurate — including citing sources in the guides — but we don’t warrant that everything is complete, current, or applicable to your situation. Nothing here is legal, medical, accounting, or financial advice; where our writing touches those areas, it says so and tells you to consult a professional.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the site or any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving South Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change if we do. The terms in force when you booked and paid are the ones that apply to that engagement.
