How much does AI consulting cost in South Florida?
Our rates are published: the on-site AI Opportunity Teardown is a flat $2,500, automation builds run $3,500–$15,000 to set up plus $800–$3,000 a month to run and support, training starts at $4,000 for a half-day executive workshop, and Managed AI Ops retainers are $1,500–$5,000 a month. The self-diagnostic test is free.
How does the $2,500 Teardown credit work?
Start any build or training engagement within 30 days of your Teardown and the full $2,500 is credited to it. If you complete the on-site visit and decide not to proceed, we refund $2,000 and keep a $500 assessment fee.
What happens if you don't find 20 hours a week?
You pay nothing — the full $2,500 is refunded. If the on-site Teardown doesn't identify at least 20 recoverable hours a week across your team, the visit is free.
Are there monthly fees?
Only for automations we run and support after the build ($800–$3,000 a month depending on the system) or a Managed AI Ops retainer ($1,500–$5,000 a month). We don't sell subscriptions or per-seat licenses.
