Med spas & aesthetics

AI automation for South Florida med spas

We come to your spa in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach, find where the front desk is losing hours and bookings, and build the automations that give them back — into the scheduler you already run.

What we build for med spas

Not a platform to learn. Automations built into your systems, priced from your roadmap, and scored against your before-and-after baseline.

AI front desk

Answers the calls your team can't — after hours and mid-treatment. Books and reschedules in your scheduler, answers questions about pricing, prep, downtime and parking, and hands anything clinical straight to a human.

From $4,000 setup · $1,000–$2,500/mo

Waitlist backfill

A cancellation at 8pm for tomorrow morning is worth real money if someone is offered it within minutes, and nothing if it's noticed at 9am. This is the automation most spas don't have and feel immediately.

Scoped with your build

Speed-to-lead

Every web form, text and missed call gets an instant, personal response and a booked next step. In a market this dense, the spa that answers first usually books the consult.

From $3,500 setup · $800–$2,000/mo

Back-office automation

Intake forms, membership billing, package tracking and end-of-month reporting that stop eating your manager's evenings.

From $6,000 setup · $1,250–$3,000/mo

What’s different about running a spa here

These are the things a remote agency configuring a template won’t account for, and they change what gets built.

Your clients don't all call in English

Across Miami-Dade and Broward, a large share of clients are more comfortable booking in Spanish — and plenty in Portuguese or Haitian Creole. An AI front desk configured for English and then translated handles this badly. We build and test the flows in the languages your clients actually call in, which is not something a vendor in another state will think to do.

Season changes the shape of the problem

Demand here swings hard between the winter season and the summer. Automation tuned for a packed February calendar behaves differently in August — waitlists are worth more when you're full, and speed-to-lead is worth more when you're not. We set it up to work in both, rather than for whichever month we happened to visit.

The market is dense, so response time decides

A prospective client in Boca or Aventura is typically comparing several spas within a few miles. Whoever responds first tends to get the consult. That's why the phone and the follow-up matter more here than a longer feature list.

Florida records calls differently

Florida is an all-party consent state, so every person on a call has to consent before it's recorded — and AI receptionists record or transcribe by default. The disclosure has to be configured properly, and off-the-shelf agents often ship with it off or worded for other states. We set it up correctly and show you where it lives.

Start with the arithmetic, not a sales call

We publish how to work out whether any of this is worth it for your spa — including when the answer is no. Read these before you talk to anyone selling automation, us included.

How it works

  1. 1. Take the free test. Five minutes, on your numbers, every assumption shown. If your spa is already lean, it will tell you that.
  2. 2. The on-site Teardown — $2,500. Half a day at your spa. We watch a real morning at the front desk and hand you a priced 90-day roadmap. Credited in full if you proceed within 30 days, and free if we don’t find at least 20 recoverable hours a week.
  3. 3. We build and train. Into your existing systems, then we teach your team to run it. Measured against the baseline we took on day one.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with med spas in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Boca Raton?

Yes — on-site across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We drive to your spa, watch how the front desk actually runs, and build from what we see rather than from a questionnaire. That's the whole reason we work locally instead of remotely.

Which automation makes the biggest difference for a med spa?

Usually the phone. Most spas lose more revenue to calls nobody could answer — after hours, or while the person who answers the phone is in a room with a client — than to any other single gap. Waitlist backfill on cancellations is often second. But the honest answer depends on your numbers, which is what the free test and the on-site Teardown are for.

Can the AI front desk handle Spanish-speaking clients?

It should, and in South Florida that isn't an optional extra. A large share of clients across Miami-Dade and Broward are more comfortable booking in Spanish, and some in Portuguese or Haitian Creole. We build and test the phone and text flows in the languages your clients actually call in, not just English with a translation bolted on.

Do we have to switch our booking software?

Usually not, and we'd rather you didn't. Migrating a spa's scheduler means moving client records, memberships, packages, and payment tokens — weeks of disruption. We check what your current platform and plan tier can actually support and build into it. If it genuinely can't do what you need, we'll tell you that plainly.

How much does AI automation cost for a med spa?

Our rates are published. The self-assessment is free, the on-site Teardown is $2,500 (credited in full toward any project, and free if we don't find at least 20 recoverable hours a week), an AI front desk runs from $4,000 to set up plus $1,000–$2,500 a month, and speed-to-lead automation starts at $3,500. Full rate card is on the pricing page.
